Come visit THE SALON! It will be visible well into 2014 and ages beautifully.
Location: The Green River Natural Resources Area (GRNRA), 21250 Russell Road South, Kent, WA.
The GRNRA is 300 acres of wetland habitat and great birdwatching, with huge meadows and tall viewing towers with a birds’ eye view of the surroundings. THE SALON will be created around the North viewing tower.
Driving directions from I-5: Take the Orillia Rd. exit from I-5. Follow Orillia Rd. down the hill (east) and it will turn into S. 212th St. Stay on 212th and make a hard right onto Russell Road right after crossing the Green River. The North entrance to the GRNRA will be on the left a short way down Russell Road, just past the KOA campground and Anderson Park. We’ll be working close to the North viewing tower, which is visible from the North entrance.
Directions by bicycle: The beautiful Green River bicycle trail runs along Russell Road, at the western edge of the GRNRA. We encourage visits by bicycle!
The GRNRA is open to the public 10 AM – dusk in the summer.
